They're Engaged!

After several months of dating...it is official. William asked NaKya Nelson to marry him, and she accepted:) We couldn't be happier. She is a delightful girl and she adores William. No firm date is set yet...late April or early May in the St. George Temple!

Heaven Is Here---Stephanie Nielsen*****(I laughed and cried my way through, but in the end felt blessed and encouraged.)
The Color of Water---James McBride****(A great story of the power of a mother's love.)
Sisters of the Quilt Trilogy---Cindy Woodsmall***(An interesting glimpse into the Old Order Amish world...fictional characters of course, but interesting nonetheless)

The Walk---Richard Paul Evans***(Great book to read on a plane...easy, some tidbits to chew on)

Water for Elephants---Sara Gruen***(Being the conservative that I am, the language is a little strong for my liking, but still an interesting read)
Safe Haven---Nicholas Sparks***(I love this author...clean easy reading)
Quiet Hero: Secrets From My Father's Past---Rita Cosby***(Such an inspiring story)
Evening Class---Maeve Binchy****(A new author to me...I have found a new favorite)
The Help---Kathryn Stockett*****(Outstanding read! Thoroughly enjoyed this!)
The Glass Castle---Jeannette Walls***(One of those hard books that you are glad to have read that make you more grateful for blessings you enjoy.)
A Thousand Splendid Suns---Khaled Hosseini*****(Incredibly good...in a hard sort of way.)
The Kite Runner---Khaled Hosseini*****(Another hard, outstanding read.)

A Good Yarn---Debbie Macomber***(Fun, easy read...great reading for the poolside:)
The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society---Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows*****(Hated to have this one end...loved it!)
